Dripless privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026. Dripless is a product of Jump Run LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“we”).

What Dripless does

Dripless shows delivery-fee information next to prices on your Shopify store, worked out from your store's own shipping settings.

What we read

When you install Dripless, Shopify grants it read-only access to your shipping settings, markets, store locations and products. We use this only to work out the delivery text. Dripless cannot change your products, orders, prices or shipping.

What we store

Your store's address (myshopify domain) and the access key Shopify issues to the app.
The delivery text Dripless publishes to your store, and a dated record of changes, rate confirmations and scans (the compliance record).
Your Dripless settings (wording, style, subscription terms you enter).

We do not collect, store or process any information about your customers. We do not read orders.

How long we keep it

When you uninstall Dripless, its access key is deleted at once. Shopify then asks us to delete your store's data 48 hours later, and we delete everything we hold about your store.

The free store checker

The store checker at dripless.app looks at public pages of the store address you enter. We keep the result for one hour so repeat checks don't reload the store. Your connection's IP address is used only by Cloudflare to limit how many checks can be run per minute; we don't store it.

Who processes it

Dripless runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Shopify. We do not sell or share your data, and we never use it to train AI models.
