Dripless terms of service
Last updated 28 October 2026. Dripless is a product of Jump Run LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“we”). By installing Dripless on your Shopify store you agree to these terms.
What Dripless does, and what it doesn't
Dripless reads your store's shipping settings in Shopify and shows delivery-charge information next to your prices, using theme blocks you add in the theme editor. It also offers a pressure-tactic scan, a subscription-terms block and a compliance record on the Complete plan.
Dripless is a display tool, not legal advice. It helps you show delivery charges the way Australia's pricing rules describe, but we can't promise that your store complies with any law. You remain responsible for your store, your prices and your compliance. If you're unsure, get advice from a lawyer.
Your part
- Keep your shipping rates in Shopify accurate. Dripless can only be as accurate as the rates it reads.
- Check the rates and wording Dripless shows you, and confirm them in the app.
- Add the theme blocks as the app explains, with the delivery text close to the price, and use the setup check.
- Tell us at support@dripless.app if the text looks wrong.
Plans and billing
Dripless has a Free plan and a paid Complete plan. Prices and the free trial are shown on the Shopify App Store listing and in the app. All charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, and you can change plans or cancel at any time from the app's Plans page or by uninstalling. Uninstalling stops future charges.
Changes and availability
We update Dripless as the rules and Shopify change, including the wording it shows, and the updates reach your store automatically. We work to keep Dripless running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and tell you in the app.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or guarantee that the law says can't be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or fines or penalties imposed on your business, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for Dripless in the 12 months before the claim. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
Your data
How we handle your store's data is set out in our privacy policy. Dripless has read-only access and never changes your products, prices or shipping.
Ending
You can stop using Dripless at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing Dripless to a store that misuses it, with notice where we reasonably can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the laws of where you are, including the Australian Consumer Law.
